It is a cultivar typically Italian, with green skin that turns yellow when the fruit reaches full maturity, thin and small to medium sized. The flesh is white , sweet and grainy.
Of French origin, it is large and round with an elongated neck, fleshy at the base. The skin is smooth and yellowish, with white flesh, melting, very juicy, sweet and aromatic. The flesh is white and firm, fine, dark, delicate and juicy, sweet - sour and very fragrant.
The fruit is medium-large (190 grams). The appearance is attractive, characterized by lenticels large, the shape is calebassiforme (like Kaiser) or pear-shaped elongated.
