Sweetened dried fruits
Peanuts contain from 40 to 50 % oil and from 20% to 30% protein. They are also a good source of niacin and thus contribute to good health of the brain and the blood circulation. The antioxidant content of the roasted peanuts is comparable to that of blackberries and strawberries, and much higher than that of apples, carrots and beets. Peanuts are also a good source of coenzyme Q10 typical blue fish, meat of cattle, soy and spinach.
Almonds have the same calories of cashews and pistachios, but provide a high fiber content which, as you know, work together to regulate bowel function. Thanks to the presence of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus almonds can be considered an excellent natural supplement for strong bones. Therefore useful both in pregnancy and menopause.
The hazelnuts are oilseeds, therefore particularly rich in fat; their use is heterogeneous but , among other, is known also the production of an oil alternative to that virgin olive oil. Loans food of these fruits are very numerous and it is not easy to name them all. Hazelnuts, as "nuts" are widely used in the diets of type: Macrobiotic, Zone Diet and the Paleolithic Diet.
