Peanuts contain from 40 to 50 % oil and from 20% to 30% protein. They are also a good source of niacin and thus contribute to good health of the brain and the blood circulation. The antioxidant content of the roasted peanuts is comparable to that of blackberries and strawberries, and much higher than that of apples, carrots and beets. Peanuts are also a good source of coenzyme Q10 typical blue fish, meat of cattle , soy and spinach.
Like all oil seeds, almonds have a high-calorie, approximately 500-600 kcal/100 g, and comprised 50% of lipids. The sweet almond contains: 571 calories, 24.19 g Protein, Fats 50.61 g Carbohydrates 2.74 g, 80 g edible. Vitamin E is present in the ratio of 23.6 to 26 mg per 100 g of edible product.

The hazelnuts are oilseeds, therefore particularly rich in fat; their use is heterogeneous but, among other, is known also the production of an oil alternative to that virgin olive oil. Loans food of these fruits are very numerous and it is not easy to name them all. Hazelnuts, as "nuts" are widely used in the diets of type: Macrobiotic, Zone Diet and the Paleolithic Diet.
The fruit of the walnut is composed of an outer casing fleshy and fragranced (husks), the internal woody core and ovoid divided into two halves, containing the seed formed by two cotyledons eduli, folded, irregularly lobate , cerebriform, said kernels. The two cotyledons are sunken into four compartments of the shell that are incompletely separated by a false septum woody and tough. It has a great taste, the more delicate as it is cool, being rich in oil of excellent quality.
Brazil nuts contain good amounts of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. They have a high caloric content, equal to about 656 calories per 100 grams of product. They are a source of oleic acid that helps lower LDL ilcoesterolo and to raise HDL cholesterol levels. Conisderate are a good source of vitamin E. They contain about 7.87 mg per 100 grams.
The fruit of the pistachio is a dry fruit from the characteristic green color and is encased in a hard shell looking woody; commercially you can be found fresh or roasted and are suitable, in addition to being consumed directly, for the preparation of other foods, including ice cream.
They belongs to the oliseeds family. They actually are a very nutritious and contain active ingredients unique. They are composed of fat to about 50% , dacarboidrati for 24% and about 18% from protein. Rich in minerals such as magnesium, zinc and selenium , pumpkin seeds are also natural supplements dietary phosphorus.
Sunflower seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds, represent the nutrient-rich foods, despite their small size. They can be considered as a natural supplement of elementibenefici for the health of our organism, among which we can find both essential fatty acids that vitamins.
