Berries and seeds
Goji berries are of Chinese origin but widespread and consumed by the people of the Himalayas and Tibet. Fruits are very old and for thousands of years are considered miraculous for the welfare of the body and especially for the view given the high carotenoid content. They also contain the highest concentration of antioxidants found in nature and enhance the immune system.
The Chia seeds are one of the most powerful, functional and nutritious foods in the world. The chia seed is an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants, protein, vitamins and minerals. They are also the richest plant source of omega 3. Originating in Central America, chia seeds were the primary food of the Aztecs and Maya. In Italy it is not very easily.

The quinoa seeds are very famous for their nutritional properties: about 60/70 % is made up of carbohydrates, so a secure source of energy, while the rest is almost completely occupied by proteins. There are, then, salts and trace elements such as manganese, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, vitamins A and E, to which are added a few unsaturated fats. Fact not to be underestimated, the absolute absence of gluten, a veritable lifeline for people with celiac disease.
Millet is composed primarily of carbohydrates and has a good amount of proteins. Its proteinaceous component is greater than that of other cereals and is more easily absorbable by the body. It is rich in minerals, including phosphorus, magnesium, iron and potassium. It has diuretic properties and is very energizing. It also contains salicylic acid and promotes healthy skin, teeth, hair and nails. It is easily digested and is therefore also suitable for children, the elderly, pregnant and all other circumstances that make it difficult digestion. If hulled, millet is no glutineed is therefore suitable in celiac disease.
